The weather in The Netherlands has been unseasonably cold lately. Although it was cold and nasty out it didn’t stop many of the Dutch residents from taking advantage of the icy conditions and hit the canals for a morning coffee.
The dutch seem to create public realm and outdoor dinning out of anything.
