Graduate skills/knowledge

Hi there, I am currently completing my final year of Landscape Architecture and I am keen to know what employers are most wanting from recent graduates. I believe there maybe a difference to skills learnt at university and what may be needed as graduates enter the workforce. I would be keen to hear your views and if you have any advice for soon to be graduates. Regards Rebecca
