- Landscape Architecture
Landscapes for Living* will focus on the unique Post War legacy of public and private landscape architecture in Southern California during what is now thought to be an optimistic time of innovation and experimentation. Nationally recognized speakers from the public and private sectors and the academic community will provide rare insight and analysis of this unprecedented era of design – from parks and plazas to gardens and subdivisions. The symposium will look both back and ahead, culminating in a panel discussion which explores what this Modern landscape legacy means in the 21st century with nationally recognized leaders in the design and historic preservation communities.
The program includes a full day of lectures and a closing reception. SPACE IS LIMITED.
*CEU credits through the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System will be offered for this event.
